Following the preliminary contacts via email or phone and the confirmation of availability for the chosen dates, the guest must send a payment via wire transfer to advance 50% of the price of the stay. Advance payment will be required for a stay of longer than 4 days. The remaining 50% will be due at the time of check-in. For stays longer than 10 days , 25 % will have to be paid at the time of the check –in and the last remaining 25% at the time of check out together with all the other charges not included in the daily rate. In case the stay is 3 days or less, the payment can be done directly at the arrival or via wire transfer at the time of the booking.
